Artist Bio

 

Abigail Beames is an artist from Trumansburg, NY, who enjoys exploring a wide variety of mediums and subjects. Abigail has been creating art since she was little and plans to continue to follow that passion for the rest of her life. She is a recent graduate of the PAFA/UPenn dual degree program. She graduated with a BFA from University of Pennsylvania as well as an advanced certificate of applied Positive Psychology. Abigail has won the John Bradley Sutton Annual Cast Drawing Award, Top Senior Fine Arts Exhibitor award through 4-H and the New York State Fair, and numerous fine arts achievement awards. She has exhibited in shows such as The City Rises and Good Habits Formed II: Examples of the PAFA Drawing Culture.
